从通识教育到一流本科建设——基于西南联大的研究

From General Education to Construction of First-class Undergraduate Education

基于通才育成指向,将通识教育科学地融入本科教育,是成就西南联大一流本科美名的重要因素。通识教育思想指导下,学校通过具有"大类培养"性质的院系设置、良好的通识教学氛围营造和通(识)(渗)透的课程体系设计与实施,系统而高效地推进了通识教育活动的开展。于今后的通识教育而言,西南联大的经验和智慧中,以下几点更具有价值:将通识教育与本科教育无缝对接,构建通识教育的基本逻辑;基于"系统"思维,推动通识教育的设计与实施;依托通识教育宣导教育制度和激励制度建设,建设一支高"通识"素养的教师队伍。

Integrating general education in undergraduate education scientifically may be the making of Southwest Joint University who enjoyed exclusive reputation of the first-class undergraduate education. To push general education, such measures have been taken as following, carrying out the establishment of colleges and departments around large scale training model, establishing good atmosphere of general education, designing and implementing the curriculum that filled with thought of general education. The most valuable experience and wisdom of general education that has been carried out in Southwest Joint University is as following： establishing the logic frame of general education that belongs to Southwest Joint University by integrating general education in undergraduate education, promoting the design and implementation of general education on systematic thinking, establishing the teaching staff that have the thought and knowledge of general education by the system of education and incentive.
