摘要
某大型仓储屋面采用彩钢板自防水系统,因屋面钢板使用已久,钢板板缝、天沟、女儿墙等节点部位产生大面积渗漏。采用1.5 mm厚聚酯纤维内增强型TPO防水卷材,配合60 mm厚XPS挤塑板填充屋面钢板波谷,50 mm厚XPS挤塑板作保温板,搭接边采用热风焊接,固定系统采用无穿孔机械固定的翻新方案,彻底解决了屋面渗漏问题。
Corrugated plate self-waterproofing system was adopted for the roof of a large-scale warehouse. Because of long time service, large area leakages happened on the plate joints, gutter, parapet wall and other details. A combination of 1.5mm thick TPO waterproofing membrane internally reinforced by polyester fiber and 60 mm thick XPS extruded plastic board is employed for trough filling; 50 mm thick XPS extruded plastic insulation board is employed for covering; overlapping adopts hot air welding while fastening system adopts non-penetrating mechanical methods, this refurbishing plan completely solves the leakage problems of the roof.
