住宅项目双层防水、排水、保温屋面系统应用技术探讨

介绍了由2道防水层、2道保温层、2道排水层共同组成的屋面系统,下防水层设在保温层的下面,其作用是阻止保温层内可能的滞留水造成屋面板渗漏,同时起到隔汽层的作用;上防水层设在保温层上面,其作用是阻止雨水进入保温层。该屋面系统通过在唐山市丽景盛园二期工程中应用,验证了其防水保温效果。

A kind of double waterproofing layers, double insulation layers and double drainage layers roof system is introduced. The lower waterproofing layer is arranged below the insulation layer, which can prevent roof panel leakage caused by the possible trapped water in the insulation layer, and can play the role of vapor barrier layer. The upper waterproofing layer is arranged above the insulation layer, which can prevent rain water into insulation layer. This roof system achieved good waterproofing and insulation effect after applied in the second phase of the project of Lijing Shengyuan, Tangshan.
