在近年来我国图书出版市场宏观数据统计的基础上,阐述了此类图书在提高百姓面包制作水平、丰富人民群众业余文化生活等方面的意义,为广大家庭自制面包提供了参考。
This paper is based on the macro statistics of China＇s book publishing market, describes the significance of such books in raising the people bread production level, enrich people＇s leisure and cultural life,provides reference for the majority of homemade bread.
