摘要
主要分析了我国蜂蜜中毒的现状,并从毒蜜的来源及蜂蜜中毒机制方面入手,概述了目前与预防蜂蜜中毒方面相关的研究报道,为后期毒蜜研究及预防食用毒蜜事故发生提供参考。
The current situation of honey poisoning is analyzed in this paper,through the source of toxic honey and mechanism in honey poisoning,overview the current reports related to prevention in honey poisoning.Providing references for studying in toxic honey and preventing the accident because of eating toxic honey.
