摘要 饮食中的一些营养组分会与药物发生相互作用,并通过吸收、分布、代谢和排泄过程影响药物的生物利用度和疗效。因此,不仅在新药的研发过程中要重视食物对口服药物疗效的影响,而且在临床用药时也应关注合理饮食的良性效果。通过参阅大量文献,分析营养素对药物代谢动力学影响,旨在指导患者在服药期间合理饮食,以减少食物-药物相互作用对机体产生的不良影响,达到提高营养素和药物双吸收的目的。 Some of nutrients in the diet will interact with drugs and affect the bioavailability and efficacy of the drug through the process of absorption, distribution, metabolism and excretion.Therefore, it is very concerned aboutthe effect of food on the effectiveness of oral drugs from the research and development of new drugs and in clinical. Based on a large number of documents,it is concluded that nutrition elements effected on drug metabolism and pharmacokinetics. The aim of this paper was to guide the patients forintaking reasonable diet, to reduce adverse effects of food and drug interaction and improve the absorption of nutrients and drugs.
