蔬菜抽样是农产品分析检测中的重要组成部分,抽检蔬菜的保鲜是影响检测结果的关键。通过分析抽样过程中容易导致蔬菜变质的主要原因,介绍了物理保鲜、化学保鲜、保鲜材料、保鲜设备等蔬菜保鲜技术,并探讨了其对农药残留测定检测的影响及今后蔬菜抽样样品保鲜技术的发展方向。
Vegetable sampling is an important part in the analysis of agricultural products detection. Introduces the physical technology, chemical technology, new material and equipment used in vegetables preservation and discuss the effect of these methods for detecting pesticide residues determination and the development direction of vegetable sample preservation technology.
