糕点中富马酸二甲酯检测方法的研究

Study on the detection methods of dimethyl fumarate in pastry

采用高效液相色谱法测定糕点中的富马酸二甲酯。试验结果表明,该方法的检出限为5.0 mg/kg,线性范围为1.0μg/m L^10.0μg/m L(R2=0.999 97),加标回收率为82.5%~106.8%,相对标准偏差(RSD)<3.0%。该方法能快速、准确的测定糕点中富马酸二甲酯的含量。

A method for the determination of dimethyl fumarate（DMF） in pastry was studied. The results show that the detection limit of the method was 5.0 mg/kg,the linear was 1 μg/m L-10 μg/m L（R2=0.999 97）,the recovery rate was82.5 %-106.8 % and the relative standard deviation（RSD） is less than 3.0 %. This method can determine the dimethyl fumarate in pastry rapidly and accurately.
