摘要 通过文献统计和德尔菲法进行成本科目影响因子研究调查,分析得出各个供水成本科目的活跃程度及其影响因子,并据此建立针对不同活跃程度成本科目的预测模型,为翻水站调整航运补水费的收费标准提供参考。同时以解台翻水站为例进行演算,证明该模型的可实施性和科学性。 The impact factors of cost are investigated through literature statistics and Delphi analysis. The active degrees of various costs of water supply and their influencing factors are obtained. Accordingly different forecast models for different costs of water supply with different active degrees are established. It may provide a reference for adjusting the standards of filling water fee for shipping. The applicability and rationality of these models are validated through the case study of Xietai water filling station.
