优质护理对膀胱癌手术患者心理和生活质量的影响

Effect of high quality nursing care on psychological state and quality of life in patients undergoing bladder cancer surgery

目的探讨优质护理对膀胱癌手术患者心理和生活质量的影响。方法选取2013年2月至2015年5月湖北医药学院附属东风医院收治的60例膀胱癌手术患者,按照随机数字表法随机分为观察组(优质护理)和对照组(常规护理),每组30例,按照欧洲癌症治疗与研究组织生活质量测定量表(EORTC QLQ-C30)标准,评估和比较两组患者护理前后生活质量各维度评分变化、手术后疼痛缓解及治疗依从性。结果与对照组比较,观察组患者生活质量各维度评分均明显增高,手术后疼痛程度明显缓解,治疗依从性明显提升,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论优质护理能够明显提升患者的生活质量,缓解术后疼痛程度,完善患者对护理服务满意度。

Objective To explore the effect of high quality nursing care on psychological state and quality of life in patients with bladder cancer. Methods Sixty patients with bladder cancer treated in Dongfeng Hospital from February 2013 to May 2015 were randomly divided into an observation group（ high quality nursing care） and a control group（ routine nursing care）. Each dimension and total scores of quality of life pre and post-nursing care between the two groups were compared according to European Organization for Research and Treatment of Cancer quality of life questionnaire C30（ EORTC-QLQ-C30）. The improvement in postoperative pain and treatment accordance between the two groups were compared. Results Compared with the control group,each dimension and total scores of quality of life significantly increased in the observation group（ P〈0. 05）. Compared with the control group,postoperative pain obviously relieved in the observation group（ P〈0. 05）. Compared with the control group,patients accordance to treatment obviously improved in the observation group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion High quality nursing care can significantly improve quality of life,relieve postoperative pain and improve patients＇ satisfaction with nursing service.
