摘要
为降低转炉生产成本,第二炼钢厂从提高转炉二级炼钢自动化系统模型准确度入手,同时优化转炉留渣、少渣工艺操作,并采用石灰石和生白云石代替石灰、轻烧白云石进行转炉冶炼造渣控制,最终实现转炉冶炼工艺的整体优化。2015年对比2月与10月份转炉辅原料消耗,总渣料消耗同比降低44.55 kg/t钢。
In order to reduce the production cost,starting with improving accuracy of secondary automated system model of steel-making converter,optimizing the process of slag residual and less slag,replacing the lime and lightly burnt dolomite with limestone and raw dolomite,smelting process of converter was optimized finally. Comparing the consumption of converter auxiliary raw material in February and October,the total slag consumption decreased by 44. 55 kg / t steel.
