摘要
4#高炉2014年开炉投产,高炉各项生产指标稳定。但由于受外围各种因素的影响,高炉休风频繁。2016年1月为了配合煤气系统的改造,4#高炉休风82小时。本文针对1月份的这次高炉休风前后的生产操作实践进行了总结分析。
#4 BF was put into production in 2014 and its indexes were stable. However,frequent blowing-down has affected the production because of many factors. In order to transform the gas system in Jan. 2016,#4 BF was planned to blowing-down for 72 hours（ 82 hours actually）. The paper analyzes and summarizes the operation practice during blowing-down of #4 BF.
