阴道分娩产妇产前分娩方式偏好的调查分析

Investigation analysis of delivery mode preference for puerperas

目的了解阴道分娩产妇产前阴道产偏好率、偏好原因及分娩知识水平。方法调查北京某三级甲等妇产专科医院门诊产检、经阴道分娩的产妇产前分娩方式偏好。结果在调查的256名阴道产产妇中，242人产前偏好阴道产。偏好阴道产的主要理由是婴儿比剖宫产更健康、产后恢复更快、生产是自然过程。在27个分娩并发症知识中，有10个条目的正确率在偏好剖宫产组和偏好阴道产组间差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论本研究中阴道分娩产妇产前阴道产偏好率高达95％，因此可以认为阴道产偏好孕妇并非剖宫产干预的重点人群。

Objective To examine the rate and reasons of preference for vaginal delivery and delivery knowledge. Methods A study was conducted among puerperas who actually had outpatient examination and vaginal delivery in a level three class A hospital. Results Of 256 puerperas, 242 preferred vaginal delivery. The main reasons of preference for vaginal delivery were healthier baby, faster recovery, and natural process. The rightness rates of 10 lists had statistical difference between the group of preferring caesarean and the group of preferring vaginal delivery among 27 lists of delivery complication knowledge （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions This study reports a high rate （95%） of preference for vaginal delivery among women who finally had vaginal delivery. Thus women of preferring vaginal delivery are not targeted population, who are given more intervention to reduce caesarean rate.
