摘要
针对武汉市二环线琴台大道人行天桥结构特点,介绍钢箱梁在制作和架设过程中采取的一系列保证措施。采用单元块划分、工装胎型设计、节段制作、计算机模拟预拼装等工艺,不仅使制作简单化,而且较好地保证构件制作质量,取得了良好的效果。
According to the structural features of Qintai Road Pedestrian Bridge located in the second ring road of Wuhan city,a series of measures during the production and erection process of box girder were introduced in this paper,such as unit partition,fetalization design,section manufacture,computer simulation for pre-assemble and so on. These measures not only made the manufacturing process simpler,but also ensured the production requirements,and achieved good results.
