摘要
上海东方体育中心综合馆钢结构跨度大、质量大,结构受力复杂。为了确保综合馆在拆除临时支撑施工过程中结构构件应力处于安全范围内,对钢结构的关键构件在拆除临时支撑时的应力进行监测。施工现场监测采用无线应力监测系统,以避免施工现场布线的繁杂以及与施工现场施工的相互影响。通过采用该系统,有效地对钢结构拆除临时支撑过程中的应力进行了监测。
Shanghai Oriental Sports Center Gymnasium is a long-span steel construction with heavy weight and complex structure stress. In order to ensure the stress of steel structure within the safe range during the process of removing temporary support,the stress of the key structural components of the steel structure was monitored. A stress monitoring system based on the wireless data acquisition and transmission platform of static strain was designed to avoid the interaction between the stress monitoring system installation and the steel structure construction. The stress of steel structure was monitored in the process of removing support of steel structure by utilizing effectively the stress monitoring system.
