摘要
河北奥林匹克体育中心体育馆上部为周边支承网架屋盖,屋盖为平面网架,跨度大,净空高,且下部为混凝土看台结构,网架安装困难。工程采用在支座下设置滑移轨道,在拼装平台上拼装网架,分块后通过液压顶推器累积滑移网架至安装位置的施工技术,保证了网架安装精度、加快了安装进度、降低了施工成本。工程施工过程中应做好网架挠度、滑移同步性、杆件应力-应变等的监测工作,确保网架施工质量。
The upper part of the Gymnasium in Hebei Olympic Sports Center is surrounding supporting grid roof,which is plane grid with long-span and high headroom,and the lower part of the gymnasium is concrete construction stand. The sliding rail was set up under the supports,and the pieces of the grid were assembled on the platform,then the grid was pushed to the established position by hydraulic ejector so as to ensure the grid's precision,reduce the installation time and save the cost. To ensure the construction quality of the grid,the monitoring for the bending,the synchronism of sliding and the stress-strain of the members should be conducted.
