摘要
结合北京地铁16号线二期工程28合同段埋入式柱脚施工的实践,总结不同埋深、不同高度、不同截面形式与尺寸下钢柱柱脚的定位、吊装就位、与土建钢筋绑扎、打灰埋设等施工技术及方法,并通过优化角钢套架设计、现场支设垫板等措施保证柱脚埋入施工的质量和安全,取得了良好效果。
Combined with practice of embedded steel solumn construction of Beijing Metro Line 16 Phase II project contract section 28,the construction techniques and methods for positioning steel column base,hoisting,steel banding and pouring concrete with different burial depths,heights,cross-sectional forms and sizes were summarized. Also through the optimization of angle steel rack design optimization and providing base plate to guarantee the quality and safety during the construction process,which achieving good results.
