摘要
研究目的:提出一种基于多主体行为偏好的城市新区征收拆迁空间布局的过程模拟方法。研究方法:以杭州市萧山区为试验区,从多主体行为偏好角度出发,分析居民、开发商和政府等多智能体之间,以及多智能体与外部环境之间的相互作用,耦合空间多智能体和生态位模型模拟新区开发征收拆迁的空间结构演变。研究结果:与单一主体模型主导的空间布局结果相比较,多主体模型有更高的精度,更接近实际的空间布局。研究结论:为浙江省乃至中国经济社会发展过程中的城市新区开发征收拆迁的空间布局提供科学决策依据。
The purpose of this study is to propose a comprehensive simulation framework for land use spatial allocation in urban new districts. Methods of abstracting and modeling the self-learning behavior and interactions of the developers based on the theory of MAS and PBL were employed. The framework was supported by data obtaining capacity of Remote Sensing and spatial analysis of GIS. The results demonstrated that land use location selection can get the best accuracy by using multi-agent simulation, which could exactly monitor the tendency of development. Thus, constructed operational control mechanisms provide quantitative analysis results for the province's economic and social development.
