摘要
为了提高固硫灰在水泥和混凝土中的利用率,采用化学分析法和SEM-EDS微观分析法分析了固硫灰中游离CaO的分布规律,并对比分析了高温水浸法和常温陈化法对游离CaO的消解实验效果。实验结果显示:在研究的固硫灰中,80%的游离CaO分布在粒径小于75μm的颗粒中;常温陈化法消解游离CaO的效果优于高温水浸法,陈化7 d时游离CaO的含量降低至1.0%以下。
With chemical analysis and micro analysis methods,the distribution of free lime in CFBC fly ash,and the ways(heat treatment and preliminary humidification) for elimination of free lime to improve the utilization of CFBC fly ash in cement and concrete were investigated.The research results showed that more than 80% of free lime appeared below the particle size 75 μm of CFBC fly ash in this test.Besides,preliminary humidification was proved to be more beneficial for eliminating free lime in CFBC fly ash,and the content of free lime reduced to1.0% with the humidification time of 7 days.
