摘要
目的建立符合我院静脉药物调配中心(PIVAS)发展要求的工作流程。方法调整标签打印时间、药品配置顺序和采取部分易碎安瓿药品统排与一筐一签相结合的方式。结果 8月增加服务病区后,每日配置取消百分比减小,留班(工作到17∶30,共3人)和早班(7∶00开始工作,共3人)人员的工作强度减轻,第1批成品输液发放时间未明显推迟,易碎安瓿药品破损数量减少。结论优化后的工作流程适应我院PIVAS的发展。
To establish and optimize the flowchart of pharmacy intravenous admixture service (PIVAS) in our hospi- tal. Methods The label printing time and drug preparation sequence were readjusted and the drugs in fragile ampoule were dis- played as a whole, together with combination of one basket with one label. Results Although the wards were increased in num- ber in August, the daily percentage of cancelling admixture were decreased, the work intensity at the stay - on shift ( staying late till 17: 30, three persons) and early shift (working from 7: 00, three persons) was reduced. The display of first batch of prepared transfusion drugs was not delayed, and damages to drugs in fragile ampoule were decreased. Conclusion The opti- mized working procedure is suitable for the development of PIVAS.
