西安推进现代产业体系建设成就明显,产业综合实力不断增强,现代结构体系更为明晰,创新驱动作用明显提升,产业布局不断调整优化。但依然面临主导产业支撑作用不强、产业集聚水平有待提升、创新资源优势尚待激活等问题。未来,西安要坚持以产业转型升级为主线,坚持紧抓传统优势产业升级改造和高新技术产业壮大发展,主攻加快推进产业结构优化升级、优化产业空间布局和创新产业体制机制建设三大任务,加快构建西安现代特色产业体系。

Xi＇an has made prominent progress in developing a modern industrial system with increasing comprehensive strength, a clearer modern structure system, obviously promoted driving force of innovation and the industrial layout being adjusted and optimized constantly.However, the performance of the dominant industry is poor in playing the supporting role. The industry concentration degree needs to be intensified. And the resource superiority in terms of innovation remains to be activated. In the future, Xi＇an should stick to industrial transformation and upgrade, in particular, focusing on the upgrade of traditional competitive industries and development of high-tech industries.Three major tasks in terms of accelerating industrial structure upgrades, optimizing the spatial layout of industries and innovating industrial system establishment are the focus for speeding up the construction of a modern specialty industry system.
