The Relation Between Regional Economy and Training of Talents with Entrepreneurship

经济发展水平是判断区域经济水平的重要标志,区域经济要实现飞跃性的发展就需要重视人才的重要性。要获得源源不断的人才就需要在重视人才教育培养方面。与此同时,地方教育事业的发展也需要区域经济水平的有力支撑,经济水平的程度将会对地方教育事业产生直接的影响。地方教育事业通过培养创业型人才,可以推动区域经济发展,区域经济发展将能够提供创业环境,进而有助于地方教育事业创业人才的培养工作。在现代社会环境中要推动区域经济增长,培养创业人才,转变教育理念开展自主探索学习,建立创业教育机制,培养创业专业人才,开展创新、创造与创业能力为一体的素质教育,指导实践开展创业活动,通过培养创业人才的形式来促进区域经济增长。

Economic development level is the key symbol in estimating the regional economic level. Talents are the key to a leap growth of the regional economy. Therefore, talent training is to be focused to maintain steady personnel supply. In the meantime, the development of the cause of local education requires strong support of regional economy, which exerts a direct influence to the growth of local education. By training talents with entrepreneurship, local education boosts the regional economic growth, which provides a favorable environment for starting new businesses and in turn, helps the training. To facilitate the regional economic growth by building a pool of talents with entrepreneurship, strategies are proposed, including reforming educational ideas to encourage independent learning by students, establishing a teaching mechanism for cultivating student entrepreneurship, providing quality-oriented education to foster student abilities in innovation, creation and entrepreneurship, and guiding student practices in starting new businesses.
