摘要
文章阐述了马来西亚米轨机车C_0转向架的结构特点和技术参数,对构架、驱动装置、轮对轴箱、牵引装置、悬挂装置、基础制动装置等转向架主要部件进行了说明和分析计算。机车进行了动力学仿真计算和线路动力学试验验证,计算和试验结果都表明该型转向架完全能够满足马来西亚米轨机车货运100 km/h,客运120 km/h工况下对转向架性能的要求。
This paper expounds the structure characteristic and technology parameters of C0 bogie for Malaysia meter gauge locomotive, presents and analyses the main parts, such as bogie frame, drive unit, wheelset and axlebox assemble, traction device, suspension device, basic brake unit assemble. The simulation calculation and test of locomotive dynamics performance are done, and the results show that the bogie can absolutely meet the requirements of 100 km/h for freight and 120 km/h for passenger transit.
