印尼“高架回转窑+矿热炉”镍铁冶炼项目技术研究 被引量:2

摘要 随着印度尼西亚对镍矿的出口限制和镍铁价格逐渐走低,很多国内企业选择去印尼投资建厂,工艺方案主要采用"高架回转窑+矿热炉"的RKEF工艺。根据大连重工机电设备成套有限公司多年镍铁冶炼EPC项目经验,结合拟建印度尼西亚的镍铁项目,从工艺流程设计、能力计算、关键设备选型、技术特点和技术经济指标等方面进行了介绍。 As the Indonesian export restrictions of nickel and nickel iron prices falling gradually, many domestic enterprises go to Indonesia to invest in factories.The process mainly adopts "elevated rotary kiln + submerged arc furnace"(RKEF) process. According to many years of experience of the company in nickel smelting iron EPC project,combined with the proposed Indonesian nickel iron project, the process design, calculation, key equipment selection,technical features and technical and economic indexes are introduced.
