根据企业所在地的具体条件及生产镍铁的冶炼特点,对高炉冶炼镍铁用的小型高炉进行结构优化,优化结构后既可以降低建设投资,又能提高高炉的使用寿命,投产后有利于保持炉况顺行、生产稳定,提高冶炼的经济效益。
According actual conditions of the enterprise location and the smelting characteristics of ferronickel, the structure of small blast furnace for ferronickel smelting was optimized. After structure optimization, it can lower construction investment. It also can prolong the using life of the blast furnace. It benefits to keep the furnace operation smooth, production stable. In the end, it can enhace the smelting economic benefit.
