摘要
针对超硬材料的切割特点,提出了摆动式单线切割机控制系统的设计方案,结合不同材料的工艺研究,不断完善和增强了线切割机的应用范围和切割效率。
For the cutting of hard materials, the control system design of swing_ Single_Wire Dicing Saw is brought out. Based on the cutting technics of materials, the Single_Wire Dicing Saw cutting ability is stronger.
