摘要
以贝壳粉为载体采用共沉淀法制备了贝壳粉/ZnO复合材料,采用XRD、FT-IR、SEM分析手段对所制备的复合材料进行了表征。将合成的贝壳粉/ZnO复合材料作为填料,以质量分数为2%的比例添加到聚脲涂料中,研究其对涂层性能的影响。结果表明:负载的ZnO颗粒呈椭球形并与载体紧密结合,粒径约为50 nm,贝壳粉/ZnO复合材料粒径约为500 nm,贝壳粉/ZnO复合材料的加入使聚脲涂料具有更优异的物理性能和耐久性能。
The shell powders/ZnO composites were prepared by co-precipitation method with shell powder as a carrier. The properties of composites were characterized and analyzed with XRD, FT-IR and SEM. Then, the shell powders/ZnO composites were used as packing to be added into the polyurea coatings in the mass fraction of 2%, and its effect on the properties of the coating was studied. The results showed that the loaded ZnO particles closely integrated with the carrier with size of about 50 nm, shape of ellipsoid, size of shell powder/ZnO composite particles was about 500 nm. The polyurea coating had more excellent physical properties and durability with addition of pearl shell powders/ZnO composites.
