火电机组仿真培训体系的建设

摘要 随着火电机组自动化程度的不断提高,对集控运行人员的操控能力提出了更高、更新的要求。仿真培训由于它独特的培训方式,越来越受到火电企业的青睐。完善的仿真培训体系确保了仿真培训的实施和培训效果。本文阐述,仿真培训体系的建设可以从两方面入手,一方面是要确保开发一套与现场高逼真度仿真系统,来满足仿真培训的硬件需求;另一方面是要加强仿真培训教练员的培养和仿真培训管理制度的建设,才能确保仿真培训的效果,按质按量地培训工作。 With the automation development of thermal power station, the requirements ot centralized control operators are updated. More thermal power companies are interested in simulation training system due to its unique training methods. The complete simulation training system can ensure the simulation training application and performance. This paper proposes that simulation training system construction can start with two fields. First, a high fidelity simulation system shall be developed to ensure the training hardware requirements. Secondly, the training of simulation trainers and the systems of simulation training manage- ments shall be enhanced to ensure the simulation training performance with necessary quality and quantity.
