摘要
火力发电机组过热器氧化皮问题已严重影响国内发电机组的安全、经济运行。对此,本文分析了过热器氧化皮产生的原因,对比了目前国内常用氧化皮治理方法的技术特点、经济性和优缺点,分别采用化学清洗法和材料升级换管法对某电厂亚临界600 MW机组和超临界660 MW机组过热器氧化皮问题进行了治理。结果表明,治理后2台机组运行期间主蒸汽温度和过热器管壁温偏差正常,暂未出现氧化皮脱落,经济效益显著,为国内其他电厂氧化皮治理提供借鉴。
The oxide scale problem occurred on superheater has seriously affected the safe and economic operation of thermal power units.This paper analyzes the causes of oxide scale on the superheater surfaces,and compares the technical performance,economy,advantages and disadvantages of the commonly used treatment methods for oxide scale in China.The chemical cleaning method and material upgrading and replacement method were applied to treat oxides problems for a subcritical 600 MW unit and supercritical660 MW unit,respectively.The results show that,the temperature deviation between the main steam and superheater tube wall of the above two units are normal after oxide scale treatment,no oxide scale exfoliation has been found by now,indicating the economic benefits are notable.
