摘要
介绍我国铁道行业标准TB/T 3027―2015《铁路车站计算机联锁技术条件》修订的背景、过程和主要内容。重点是修订过程和重点修订、增删内容的背景和理解。该标准明确了现阶段我国计算机联锁结构、功能、可靠性/安全性指标,提出对硬件软件、通信、电磁兼容与防雷、运用环境等方面的全面要求,是指导今后一段时期我国计算机联锁发展的规范性文件,是现阶段我国计算机联锁研发、生产、运用、维护等各种活动的依据,也是质量监督和产品认证的依据。
The article introduces the background,process and primary coverage of the Chinese Railway Industry Standard TB/T 3027—2015 Computer Based Interlocking Technical Specifications. It focuses on the revision process,the key revisions as well as the background and understanding of added and deleted contents.The Standard states the structure,functions,reliability/safety index of existing computer based interlocking in China.It puts forward a full range of requirements relating to hardware/software,communication,electromagnetic compatibility lightning protection,application environment and all other aspects.It is a normative document guiding the development of domestic computer based interlocking for the future.It is the basis for various activities including RD, production, application and maintenance, etc. of domestic computer based interlocking, and also the basis for quality surveillance and product authentication.
