论“一带一路”沿线中心城市国际语言环境建设

THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE INTERNATIONAL LANGUAGE ENVIRONMENT OF THE CENTRAL CITIES ALONG "THE BELT AND ROAD"

在"一带一路"建设的背景下,从语言规划的视域提出了沿线中心城市国际语言环境建设的六项主要任务:探索国际语言环境建设的有效工作机制、提高市民的外语交际能力及跨境少数民族的母语应用能力、加强非通用语人才的培养、规范双语公示语标识体系、创新重点行业国际化运营模式及构建多功能外语及民族语咨询服务系统,进而达到改善城市国际语言环境,提升城市国际竞争力,助力"一带一路"建设的目的。

In the context of constructing ＂The Belt and Road＂,the article puts forward six main tasks of the international language environment construction along the central cities from the perspective of language planning：exploring the effective working mechanism of the international language environment construction,improving the city residents＇ ability to communicate in foreign languages and the application ability of the native language for the cross border ethnic minorities,strengthening the cultivation of non-generic language talents,standardizing the identification system of bilingual public signs,innovating the international operation mode of key industries,building a multi-function foreign language and national language consulting service system,enhancing the international competitiveness of the city,and giving support to achieve the purpose of ＂ The Belt and Road＂ strategy.
