摘要
介绍了我国加快培养创新创业人才的时代背景:党的十八届五中全会把创新作为五大发展理念之首,并提出把创新贯穿党和国家一切工作之中,国务院对加强创新创业人才培养作出重要部署并提出明确要求。认为创新的基础在教育,支撑是人才,党的十八大提出的五大发展理念和国务院的部署与要求是对我国高校培养创新创业人才提出的更高要求。提出高校作为创新创业人才培养的重要基地,必须创新培养理念、培养模式、培养环境和培养方式方法,为实施国家创新发展战略奠定基础。
The paper analyzes the background of speeding up the cultivation of innovative talents in China：The fifth Plenary Session of the 18 th CPC Central Committee puts innovation in the first place of the five concepts of development and stresses that innovation should run through all the work of the party and the state,and the State Council has made an important deployment and clear requirements to strengthen innovation and entrepreneurship personnel training.The paper points out that as an important base for the cultivation of innovative talents,colleges and universities must innovate the concept,mode,environment and ways and means of training so as to lay the foundation for the implementation of national innovation and development strategy.
