临终关怀对改善晚期癌症患者生活质量的效果观察

目的研究临终关怀对癌症晚期患者生活质量的改善效果。方法以近年在广州市荔湾区华林街社区卫生服务中心接受临终关怀的169例癌症晚期患者为对象,分析对比169例癌症患者临终关怀干预前后的生活质量,并且对其中50例癌症晚期患者进行疼痛评估。结果 169例癌症晚期患者经临终干预后的生活质量评分要高于干预前,P<0.05;其中50例癌症晚期患者干预后的疼痛分级要优于干预前,P<0.05。结论对癌症晚期患者实施临终关怀,能够有效帮助患者提高生活质量,减轻疼痛,值得推广使用。

Objective To study the effect of hospice care on the quality of life of patients with advanced cancer. Methods In recent years in Guangzhou Liwan Hualin Street Community Health Service Center Accept hospice care of 169 cases of patients with advanced cancer was analyzed before and .after contrast 169 cases of cancer patients receiving hospice care intervention quality of life, and one of them 50 cases of patients with advanced cancer pain assessment.Results 169 cases of patients with advanced cancer with quality of life scores after the intervention than dying before intervention, including 50 cases of grade P〈0.05 ; pain intervention in patients with advanced cancer is better than that before khe intervention, P〈O.OS.Conclusion Hospice care in patients with advanced cancer can effectively help the patients to improve their quality of life, reduce the pain, it was worth promoting.
