犬胸膜腔积液的超声诊断及定量评估
摘要
胸膜腔积液表现为在胸壁与膈及肺表出现产回声或无回声的液体。漏出液、改性漏出液和乳糜通常是低回声或无回声的;渗出液、恶性肿瘤性胸膜腔积液或出血通常是产回声的[1-2]。通过改变体位,有助于鉴别游离液体和局限性液体。游离液体通常积聚于胸腔重力侧,而局限性液体则不受重力影响,在胸腔中始终保持在同一位置。
