摘要
在饲料中添加紫锥菊复方观察其对断奶仔猪的生长性能和免疫功能的影响。结果表明,添加高剂量(质量分数为1.5%)紫锥菊复方组仔猪的日增重、血清中淋巴细胞阳性率、猪瘟抗体效价、猪繁殖与呼吸综合征抗体效价等均比其他组有显著提高(P<0.05),腹泻率均比其他组显著降低(P<0.05),表明紫锥菊复方在一定程度上可以改善仔猪的生产性能,提高机体的免疫力。
Two experiments were performed to study the effects of Echinacea compound as a feed additive on the immune function and growth performance of weaning piglets.Experiment was designed as single factor of four levels.The results showed that the average daily gain,percentage positive reaction of lymphocyte（ANAE＋）and the antibody titers for swine fever,and PRRS of weaning pig in test group with additive of dosage Echinacea compound（1.5%）were significantly higher than that of other groups,and the rate of diarrhea significantly lower than the other groups（P〈0.05）.These results suggest that Echinacea compound as a feed additive to weaning piglet diet is an idea l immune potentiator
