摘要
目的:探讨苦参素注射液对结直肠癌化疗患者白细胞及肝肾功能的影响。方法:选择2012年1月—2015年12月收治的结肠癌患者196例,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组。观察组102例患者应用奥沙利铂+亚叶酸钙+氟尿嘧啶(FOLFOX4)化疗方案联合苦参素注射液,对照组94例选择单纯FOLFOX4方案化疗,2组患者均治疗6个周期,比较2组患者治疗前后血常规、肝功能、肾功能变化情况。结果:观察组患者血小板计数及白细胞计数均较治疗前下降,且观察组患者各指标下降幅度低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组患者治疗前后肝功能无明显变化,治疗前后及2组的差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,2组患者血尿素氮和血肌酐均较治疗前有所增加,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者血肌酐水平明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:苦参素注射液辅助化疗治疗结直肠癌术后效果较好,有助于降低患者因放化疗产生的毒副作用。
OBJECTIVE:To probe into the effects of oxymatrine injection on leukocyte and hepatorenal and kidney function of colorectal cancer patients with chemotherapy. METHODS: 196 patients with colorectal cancer admitted from Jan. 2012 to Dec. 2015 were selected to be divided into observation group and control group via the random number table. 102 patients in control gyoup were treated with oxaliplatin + calcium folinate + fluorouracil (FOLFOX4) chemotherapy combined with oxymatrine injection, while 94 patients in control group were given single FOLFOX4 chemotherapy; the treatment course was 6 cycles in both groups. Changes of blood routine, hepatorenal and kidney function were compared between two groups. RESULTS: The blood platelet count and numeration of leukocyte in observation group decreased compared with before treatment,and the decrease of control group was more significant than that of observation group, with statistically significant difference(P 〈0. 05). And the hepatorenal function in both groups had no obvious change, there was no statistical significance between two groups before and after treatment (P 〉 0. 05 ). The serum creatinine level of observation group was lower than that of control group, with statistically significant difference(P 〈0. 05). CONCLUSIONS: The effects of oxymatrine injection on leukocyte and hepatorenal and kidney function of colorectal cancer patients with chemotherapy is significant, which can held to reduce the toxicitv of chemotheraDv in oatients.
