摘要
目的:探讨氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片联合七叶神安片治疗功能性胃肠病的临床效果。方法:选取2014年2月—2016年3月吉安市中心人民医院收治的功能性胃肠病患者58例,以随机数字表法分为对照组(26例)和观察组(32例)。对照组患者口服七叶神安片,1次2片,1日3次,观察组患者在对照组的基础上,口服氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片,1次1片,1日2次,观察2组患者不良反应发生情况及治疗结果。结果:治疗后观察组患者胃肠症状改善总有效率、焦虑症状改善总有效率和抑郁症状改善总有效率分别为93.75%(30/32)、90.63%(29/32)和90.63%(29/32),均高于对照组的73.08%(19/26)、69.23%(18/26)、65.38%(17/26),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组患者治疗不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片联合七叶神安片治疗功能性胃肠病,临床效果显著,安全性高。
OBJECTIVE:To probe into the clinical effects of Flupentixol and melitracen tablets combined with Qiyeshen'an tablets in treatment of functional gastrointestinal disorders. METHODS:58 patients with functional gastrointestinal disorders admitted into Ji'an the Central People's Hospital from Feb.2014 to Mar.2016 were selected to be divided into control group(26 cases) and observation group(32 cases) .The observation group were treated with oral Qiyeshen'an tablets,2 tablets for once, 3 times a day;and the observation group additionally received Flupentixol and melitracen tablets based on the control group, 1 tablet for once, 2 times a day.The improvement of gastrointestinal symptoms, anxiety and depression were compared between two groups, and the incidence of adverse drug reactions were observed.RESULTS:The total effective rate of improvement of gastrointestinal symptoms , anxiety and depression of observation group were respectively 93.75%(30/32), 90.63%(29/32)and 90.63%(29/32), higher than that of control group 73.08%(19/26), 69.23%(18/26) and 65.38%(17/26), with statistically significant difference(P〈0.05).There was no statistical significance between two groups in the incidence of adverse drug reactions(P〉0.05). CONCLUSIONS: The clinical effects of Flupentixol and melitracen tablets combined with Qiyeshen'an tablets in treatment of functional gastrointestinal disorders is significant, with high safety.
