反相高效液相色谱法测定复方肝浸膏片中维生素B_1、维生素B_2的含量

Content Determination of Vitamin B_1,Vitamin B_2 in Compound Hepar Extractum Tablets by HPLC

目的：建立复方肝浸膏片中维生素B1、维生素B2的含量测定方法。方法：采用反相高效液相色谱法测定,色谱柱为SHIMADZU shim-pack VP-ODS（250 mm×5 mm,4.6μm）;流动相为甲醇-有机溶液（V∶V=9∶91）;检测波长为266 nm;流速为1.0 ml/min。结果：维生素B1质量浓度在7.65-153.15μg/ml范围内、维生素B2质量浓度在2.54-50.85μg/ml范围内的线性关系良好,回归方程维生素B1为Y=94.16 X＋10.34,r=1.000;维生素B2为Y=34.22 X＋29.61,r=1.000;加样回收率符合要求。结论：该方法操作简便、快捷、结果准确,可作为复方肝浸膏片的质量控制方法。

OBJECTIVE：To establish a method for the content determination of Vitamin B1 , Vitamin B2 in the Compound hepar extractum tablets.METHODS： HPLC method was adopted, the chromatographic column was SHIMADZU shim-packVP-ODS（250 mm ×5 mm, 4.6μm） , the mobile phase was methanol-organic solution（ V∶V=9∶91） , the determine wavelength was 266 nm, with flow rate of 1.0 ml/min.RESULTS： Vitamin B1 had a good linearity in the range of 7.65-153.15 μg/ml and Vitamin B2 was 2.54-50.85 μg/ml.The regression equation of Vitamin B1 was Y=94.16 X＋10.34, r=1.000, and Vitamin B2 was Y=34.22 X＋29.61, r=1.000.The average recovery rates were accord with the requirements.CONCLUSIONS：The method is simple, fast and accurate, and can be used as the quality control method of Compound hepar extractum tablets.
