2013—2015年厦门市第五医院活血化瘀类中成药应用分析

Analysis on Application of Activating Blood Circulation and Removing Stasis Drugs in Xiamen the Fifth Hospital During 2013-2015

目的:了解厦门市第五医院(以下简称"我院")活血化瘀类中成药的使用情况与变化趋势,为临床合理用药提供参考依据。方法:调取我院2013—2015年活血化瘀类中成药的应用数据,对用药频度(defined daily dose system,DDDs)、药物利用指数(drugutilization index,DUI)、用药数量、销售金额等进行统计分析。结果:2013—2015年我院养血清脑颗粒、益心舒胶囊的销售金额增幅较大。2013—2014年跳骨片的DDDs排序由第4位下降至第8位,2015年上升至第5位;2013—2014年养血清脑颗粒的DDDs排序则从第8位下降至第3位,2015年不变。2013年脉康血胶囊的DUI为5,但在2014、2015年又降至0.5,浮动较大;2013年独一味胶囊及2014年的血府逐瘀胶囊、养血清脑颗粒的DUI均为2,2015年龙血竭胶囊的DUI高达4。结论:我院活血化瘀类中成药的使用较为合理,但仍存在不合理应用,需加强管理,进一步提高临床用药水平,促进临床合理用药。

OBJECTIVE ：To investigate the application status and changes trend of activating blood circulation and removing stasis drugs, so as to provide reference for the rational application of drugs in clinic. METHODS： The application data of activating blood circulation and removing stasis drugs in our hospital was extracted during 2013- 2015, to set defined daily dose system （DDDs） and drug utilization index （DUI） as indexes, statistical analysis was conducted on the consumption amount and consumption sum of drugs. RESULTS： The consumption sum of Yangxueqingnao granules and Yixinshu capsules were in a steady increase during 2013-2015. The DDDs of Tiaogu tablets decreased from the 4th to the 8th during 2013-2014, yet increased to the 5th. And Yangxueqingnao granules decreased from the 8th to the 3rd during 2013-2014, yet the order remained the same in 2015. The DUI of Maixuekang capsules was 5 in 2013, yet in 2014 and 2015, it had a significant decrease to 0. 5. The DUI of Duyiwei capsules in 2013 and Xuefuzhuyu capsules and Yangxueqingnao granules in 2014 were 2, yet the DUI of Longxuejie capsules in 2015 was 4. CONCLUSIONS： The application of activating blood circulation and removing stasis drugs was basically rational in our hospital, but there are still some irrational phenomenon. It is necessary to strengthen the management, further improve the level of clinical medication and promote the rational application of drugs in clinic.
