2013—2015年云浮市中医院中药注射剂应用分析

Analysis on Application of Traditional Chinese Medicine Injections in Yunfu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine During 2013-2015

目的:了解云浮市中医院(以下简称"我院")中药注射剂使用情况,促进临床合理应用中药注射剂。方法:先采用销售金额排序法和限定日剂量分析法,对2013—2015年我院中药注射剂的销售金额、用药频度等情况进行统计并排序,然后对我院销售金额、用药频度排序居前10位中药注射剂及同期上报的药品不良反应反应/事件进行分析。结果:注射用丹参多酚酸盐的销售金额最高,2013—2015年其销售金额分别为842 940.00、897 425.03和1 446 966.16元,呈逐年上升趋势;红花注射液的用药频度最高,2013—2015年其用药频度分别为17 979、17 424和12 960,但呈逐年下降趋势;2013—2015年发生药品不良反应例次数最多的品种为生脉注射液,共6例。结论:我院中药注射剂的使用存在不合理现象,应加强管理,提高合理用药水平。

To investigate the application of traditional Chinese medicine（ TCM） injections in Yunfu Hospital of TCM（hereinafter referred to as“our hospital”）, so as to promote the rational application of TCM injections in clinic. METHODS：Method of consumption sum ranking and defined daily dose system （ DDDs ） were adopted, statistical analysis was conducted on the top 10 TCM injections ranked by the consumption sum, medication frequence, and the adverse drug reactions/events reported during 2013-2015 .RESULTS：The consumption sum of salvianolate injections took the lead, were respectively 842 940.00 yuan, 897 425.03 yuan and 1 446 966.16 yuan during 2013-2015, with an increasing tendency year by year.The medication frequence of safflower injections dominated the first place, were respectively 17 979, 17 424 and 12 960, with an decreasing tendency year by year.The number of ADR cases induced by shengmai injections were the highest, totally 6 cases.CONCLUSIONS： There are still some irrational phenomenon in the application of TCM injections in our hospital, it is necessary to strengthen the management and improve the level of rational medication.
