摘要
目的:探讨萆薢车前茯苡汤对高尿酸血症大鼠血尿酸及黄嘌呤氧化酶的影响。方法:将50只大鼠以随机数字表法分为正常对照组、高尿酸血症动物模型组、萆薢车前茯苡汤高剂量组、萆薢车前茯苡汤低剂量组、别嘌醇阳性对照组,每组各10只。高尿酸血症动物模型组、萆薢车前茯苡汤高剂量组、萆薢车前茯苡汤低剂量组、别嘌醇阳性对照组大鼠均给予含15%酵母粉的饲料并灌胃给予氧嗪酸钾300 mg/kg,建立高尿酸血症大鼠动物模型;同时,别嘌醇阳性对照组大鼠灌胃给予别嘌呤醇27 mg/kg;萆薢车前茯苡汤低剂量组、萆薢车前茯苡汤高剂量组大鼠分别灌胃给予萆薢车前茯苡汤1.5、3.0 ml/kg;给药28 d后,采集所有大鼠血液,检测血清尿酸和黄嘌呤氧化酶的活性。结果:萆薢车前茯苡汤高剂量组、萆薢车前茯苡汤低剂量组大鼠的血尿酸浓度及黄嘌呤氧化酶活性明显低于高尿酸血症动物模型组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:萆薢车前茯苡汤能有效降低高尿酸血症大鼠血尿酸浓度及黄嘌呤氧化酶的活性。
OBJECTIVE: To probe into the effects of Bixiecheqianfuyi decoction on hyperuricemia rat serum uric acid concentration and xanthine oxidase activity. METHODS: According to the random number table,50 rats were randomly divided into 5 groups( 10 rats / group) : normal control group,hyperuricemia animal model group,Bixiecheqianfuyi decoction high-dose group,Bixiecheqianfuyi decoction low-dose group and allopurinol positive group. Hyperuricemia animal model group,Bixiecheqianfuyi decoction high-dose group,Bixiecheqianfuyi decoction low-dose group and allopurinol positive group were treated with 15% yeast powder and 300 mg / kg dosage of potassium oxonate in intragastric administration to establish hyperuricemia rat model. Meanwhile,the allopurinol positive control group were given 27 mg / kg of allopurinol in intragastric administration. Bixiecheqianfuyi decoction high-dose group and Bixiecheqianfuyi decoction low-dose group were respectively received Bixiecheqianfuyi decoction 1. 5 ml / kg and 3. 0 ml / kg. After administration of 28 d,all rats' blood were drawn. The serum uric acid concentration and the xanthine oxidase activity were detected. RESULTS: Compared with the hyperuricemia animal model group,the concentration of uric acid and the xanthine oxidase activity in serum decreased significantly in Bixiecheqianfuyi decoction high-dose group and Bixiecheqianfuyi decoction low-dose group,with statistically significant difference( P〈0. 05). CONCLUSIONS: Bixiecheqianfuyi decoction can effectively reduce the concentration of serum uric acid and xanthine oxidase activity in rats.
