加巴喷丁胶囊治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的疗效观察

Observation on Efficacy of Gabapentin Capsules in Treatment of Post-herpetic Neuralgia

目的:探讨加巴喷丁胶囊对带状疱疹后遗神经痛的治疗效果。方法:选取2012年5月—2014年8月当阳市中医医院收治的带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者96例,以随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各48例。对照组患者给予阻滞剂,观察组患者在对照组的基础上给予加巴喷丁胶囊。比较2组患者的治疗效果、治疗前后的VAS评分以及不良反应。结果:观察组患者治疗后的总有效率和VAS评分均优于对照组患者,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组患者不良反应发生率的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:采用加巴喷丁胶囊治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛,临床效果显著,可有效缓解患者疼痛,且不会增加不良反应,安全性较高。

OBJECTIVE： To probe into the treatment effects of Gabapentin capsules in treatment of post-herpetic neuralgia. METHODS： 96 patients with post-herpetic neuralgia admitted into Dangyang Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from May 2012 to Aug. 2014 were selected to be divided into observation group and control group via the random number table,with 48 cases in each. The control group were given retardant,while the observation group additionally received Gabapentin capsules based on the control group. The treatment effects,VAS score and adverse drug reactions before and after treatment were compared between two groups. RESULTS： After treatment,the total effective rate and VAS score of observation group were better than those of control group,with statistically significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. The difference was not statistically significant between two groups in adverse drug reactions（ P〈0. 05）.CONCLUSIONS： The clinical efficacy of Gabapentin capsules in treatment of post-herpetic neuralgia is significant,which can effectively relieve the pain in patients with high safety,and without increasing adverse drug reactions.
