摘要
目的:建立测定痛风颗粒中的落新妇苷含量的方法。方法:采用Waters e2685 C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-0.1%磷酸(V∶V=40∶60),检测波长为290 nm,流速为1.0 ml/min,柱温为30℃,进样量为10μl。结果:落新妇苷进样量在0.099 8-0.998 0μg(r=0.999 9)范围内与峰面积线性关系良好;精密度试验、重复性试验、稳定性试验的RSD均≤3.00%;平均加样回收率为101.54%,RSD=0.54%(n=6)。结论:本研究测定方法准确、稳定、简便,可用于痛风颗粒的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE: To establish the method for content determination of astilbin in Tongfeng granules.METHODS: Waters e2685 C18( 4. 6 mm × 250 mm,5 μm) column was adopted with the mobile phase of 0. 1%phosphoric acid( V ∶ V = 40 ∶ 60),detection wavelength of 290 nm and flow rate of 1. 0 ml / min. And the column temperature was 30 ℃ with sample quantity for 10 μl. RESULTS: The linear range of the astilbin in concentration was0. 099 8-0. 998 0 μg( r = 0. 999 9). Relative standard deviation( RSD) of accuracy test,repeatability test and stability test were≤3. 00%. The average recovery rate was 101. 54%,RSD = 0. 54%( n = 6). CONCLUSIONS: The method is simple,accurate,and reproducible,which can be used for the quality control of gout granule.
