2013—2015年郑州市第六人民医院儿科住院病历抗菌药物应用合理性分析

Analysis on Application Rationality of Antibiotics in Pediatric Inpatient Medical Records in Zhengzhou the Sixth People's Hospital During 2013-2015

目的:了解2013—2015年郑州市第六人民医院(以下简称"我院")儿科住院病历抗菌药物应用的合理性,探讨药师干预对促进临床合理用药的作用,为制订下一步的干预措施提供参考。方法:采用回顾性调查的方法,随机抽查我院2013—2015年儿科使用抗菌药物的住院病历每年各1 200份,共3 600份,评价病历医嘱用药的合理性,统计分析不合理用药类型及发生率。结果:2013—2015年不合理用药病历分别为117、91和63份,不合理用药率分别为9.75%、7.58%和5.25%;不合理用药类型主要表现为围术期抗菌药物应用不合理、重复用药、用法与用量错误及无指征应用抗菌药物等。结论:我院儿科抗菌药物的不合理应用现象仍较突出,虽经药师干预收到了一定成效,但仍需加强干预。

OBJECTIVE： To investigate the application rationality of antibiotics in pediatric inpatient medical records in Zhengzhou the Sixth People＇s Hospital during 2013-2015（ hereinafter referred to as ＂our hospital＂）,and to probe into the role of pharmacists＇ intervention in promoting the rational drug use in clinic,so as to provide reference for the formulation of the further intervention measures. METHODS： Retrospective investigation method was adopted,1 200 pediatric inpatient medical records each during 2013-2015 were randomly extracted,totally 3 600 cases. The application rationality of pediatric inpatient medical records was evaluated,statistical analysis was conducted on the irrational application types and incidence. RESULTS： During 2013-2015,the number of irrational medical records were respectively 117,91 and 63 cases,and the irrational application rate were respectively 9. 75%,7. 58% and5. 25%. The main types of irrational medical records were irrational application of antibiotics,repeated administration,improper usage and dosage and no indications of application of antibiotics,etc.. CONCLUSIONS： The irrational phenomenon of application of antibiotics are still serious in our hospital. Even through it has achieved certain results after intervention by pharmacists,the intervention remains need to be strengthened.
