2015年清华大学玉泉医院门诊中成药处方点评与分析

Review and Analysis on Outpatient Traditional Chinese Medicine Prescriptions in Yuquan Hospital Affiliated to Tsinghua University in 2015

目的:了解清华大学玉泉医院(以下简称"我院")门诊中成药的使用情况,为促进临床合理用药提供参考依据。方法:采用回顾性分析方法,随机抽取我院2015年门诊中成药处方,每月各100张,共抽取1 200张,从不规范处方、用药不适宜处方、超常处方等方面进行点评与分析。结果:1 200张处方中,处方平均用药品种数为1.7种,处方平均金额为233.8元,国家基本药物使用率为35.32%;其中,不合理处方205张,处方不合理率为17.08%,为不规范处方和用药不适宜处方,主要表现在重复用药、用法与用量不适宜、联合用药不适宜、适应证不适宜等方面。结论:我院门诊中成药处方存在的问题较多,今后应加强对临床医师及药师的中医药理论知识培训,促进临床合理应用中成药。

OBJECTIVE： To investigate the application status of traditional Chinese medicine in outpatient department of Yuquan Hospital Affiliated to Tsinghua University（ hereinafter referred to as ＂our hospital＂）,so as to provide reference for the promotion of rational drug use in clinic. METHODS： Retrospective analysis method was adopted,outpatient traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions were randomly extracted in our hospital in 2015,100 prescriptions for each month, totally 1200 prescriptions. Review and analysis was conducted on non-standard prescriptions,improper administration prescriptions and abnormal prescriptions, etc.. RESULTS： Of the 1200 prescriptions,the average number of drug categories were 1. 7,the average amount of prescriptions were 233. 8 yuan and the application rate of national essential drugs was 35. 32%; among which,205 prescriptions were irrational,accounting for 17. 08%; non-standard prescriptions and improper administration prescriptions mainly performed as repeated dosage,improper usage and dosage,improper drug combination and improper indications. CONCLUSIONS：There are a few problems existed in outpatient traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions in our hospital,it is necessary to strengthen the train of knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine in clinicians and clinical pharmacists,so as to promote the rational application of traditional Chinese medicine.
