李以义教授善于从痰瘀论治胸痹,认为痰瘀互结是胸痹的基本病机,治疗以化痰活血为主,配以益气祛痰、温阳散寒、清热化痰等治疗方法,辨证清晰,用药恰当,取得显著疗效。
Professor Li Yiyi specialized in treating thoracic obstruction from phlegm and blood stasis. He thoughts the basic pathogen of thoracic obstruction was phlegm and blood stasis glued together, so the treatment was mainly based on activating blood and removing phlegm, combining with tonifying qi to removing phlegm, warming yang for dispelling cold, clearing heat to removing phlegm, and so on, which showed significant effects in clinic.
