通心络胶囊联合二甲双胍片治疗糖尿病合并原发性高血压患者周围神经病变临庆研究

Treatment of Diabetes Mellitus with Tong Xin Luo Capsule Combined with Metformin in Diabetes With Primary Hypertension Patients

目的 观察通心络胶囊合二甲双胍片治疗糖尿病伴原发性高血压患者周围神经病变的疗效以及对血清胱抑素C水平的影响。方法 选择我院接受治疗的糖尿病周围神经病变合并原发性高血压患者共90例,随机分成治疗组和对照组各45例。两组患者在饮食运动的基础上,对照组口服硝苯地平缓释片,2次/d,10~20 mg/次;依帕司他,3次/d,1粒/次。治疗组在此基础之上口服通心络胶囊,3次/d,4粒/次,二甲双胍片,3次/d,0.25g/次。8周后比较两组血压水平、神经传导速度临床疗效及血清胱抑素C水平。结果 治疗组SBP和DBP均显著低于对照组,腓总神经和正中神经的MNCV和SNCV传导速度显著高于对照组（P〈0.01）。治疗组总有效率为93.33%,对照组总有效率为75.56%,两组比较有显著性差异（P〈0.05）。治疗4周和8周后,检测两组患者血清胱抑素C水平,治疗组血清胱抑素C水平显著低于对照组（P〈0.01）。结论 通心络胶囊联合二甲双胍片治疗糖尿病合并原发性高血压患者的周围神经病变疗效显著,下调血清胱抑素C水平可能在其中发挥了重要调节作用。

Treatment of Diabetes Mellitus with Tong Xin Luo Capsule Combined with Metformin in Diabetes With Primary Hypertension Patients Su Luyu, Cao Ping （The affiliated hospital of Shaan Xi University of Chinese Medicine, XianYang,712046 ,China） Abstract Objective To investigate the effect of Tong Xin Luo capsule combined with metformin in treating diabetes mellitus of diabetes With primary hypertension patients and the effect on serum cystatin C levels. Methods 90 diabetes mellitus patients with essential hypertension from our hospital were randomly divided into treatment group and control group each of 45 cases. Two groups of patients was requested same diet and exercise. The control group was given nifedipine, 2 times/d, 10 ~ 20rag/time, epalrestat, 3 times / d, 1 / time. Treatment group was given Tong Xin Luo on this basis, 3 times / d, 4 capsules / time, metformin three times/d,0. 25g/ times. After 8 weeks treatment, blood pressure levels nerve conduction velocity clinical efficacy and serum cystatin C levels were compared. Results SBP and DBP treatment group were significantly lower than the control group, MNCV and SNCV peroneal nerve conduction velocity and median nerve was significantly higher （P〈0.01）. The total effective rate was 93.33% in the control group, the total effective rate was 75.56% , there was a significant difference （ P〈0.05 ） between two groups. After 4 weeks and 8 weeks, serum cystatin C levels in the treatment group were significantly lower than in the control group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Tong xin luo capsule combined with metformin treatment in diabetic patients with peripheral neuropathy can significantly lowered serum cystatin C levels which may play an important regulatory role.
