摘要
本文主要对样本针清洗站工作时所产生的溅液现象进行分析,通过分析对原清洗站结构进行改进。改进内容主要为增大清洗腔内外壁容积,在排液管路中增加透气装置。研究证明,改进后的清洗站有效降低了溅液现象的发生率,值得临床应用与推广。
In this paper, the liquid splashing phenomenon during operation of the sample needle cleaning station was analyzed, improvements of the structure of the station were made based on analysis result, including enlarging volume of the inner and outer wall of the cleaning chamber as well as adding an air permeability device in the drainage pipeline. The experimental results showed that the improved cleaning station alleviated the occurrence of the splashing phenomenon greatly and deserved wider clinical application and promotion.
