Compilation of Key Factors in Medical Device Bidding Documents

为确保采购文件做到公平公正、科学合理、严谨规范,本文针对军队物资采购中采购需求一览表内容"窄、泛、缺"现象以及评审标准不具体、不规范、弹性大等问题,结合医院医疗设备采购的实践经验,提出若干注意事项,对医疗设备购置工作具有积极的促进作用。

To ensure the fairness, imparity, science, ration, rigorousness and standardization of bidding documents, this paper focused on the narrow, unspecific and incomplete purchase requirement list in military material procurement and the problem of non-concrete, non-standard and wide bid evaluation criteria. In combination of the purchasing experience, several matters that needed attentions were put forward, which played a positive role in medical device procurement.
