乡村旅游发展过程中的多重矛盾及其化解途径

Rural Tourism Development:Conflicts and Solutions

随着乡村旅游业的迅速发展,出现了制约其深化的多重矛盾:既要顺应城市化发展进程,又要强化乡村性这一发展乡村旅游的关键因素;既要具备现代意识,引进现代生产要素,推进农村实现现代化,又要传承当地独有的地域文化特色,为发展乡村旅游提供原生态的和特有的历史文化精髓;既要开发旅游产业,又要保护好当地自然资源和生态环境。要化解上述矛盾,就需要认真研究城市化和逆城市化的双向运动,在城乡协调发展的框架下,研究乡村性存在的历史价值及乡村旅游的发展战略;在乡村现代化与传统文化整合创新中重塑乡村文化的灵魂,并使之成为发展乡村旅游之软实力;进一步完善乡村旅游开发与保护制衡协调机制,以推动乡村旅游业的可持续发展。

Rural tourism development has been found to be restricted by multiple conflicts,such as the conflict between conforming to the process of urbanization and maintaining the rural nature,promoting the modernization of rural areas and inheriting the regional culture,developing tourism industry and protecting local natural resource and ecological environment.To dissolve these conflicts,we need to study carefully the bi-directional movement of urbanization and non-urbanization.The historical value of keeping rural features and the development strategy of rural tourism should be studied in the framework of the coordinated unban and rural development.The soul of rural culture should be remodeled in integrating rural modernization and traditional culture and be turned into the soft power of rural tourism.The mechanism coordinating rural tourism development and protection should be improved so as to realize the sustainable development of rural tourism.
